We bid farewell to Betty Jackson Driver of Canton, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 4, 2025 at the age of 77. Betty Jackson touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Jackson and Rhea Jackson; and her brother Thomas Jackson. She is survived by: her son Bill Driver (Hallie); her grandchildren, Emery, Owen and Joshua Scott; her sisters, Elaine Wooten of Leicester and Ilena Carpenter of Asheville; and her nieces and nephews, Chantel, Emily, Shannon, Milton, Keaton, Michael and Diana. She is also survived by numerous grandnieces and grandnephews, and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Beaverdam United Methodist Church (80 Rice Cv Rd, Canton, NC 28716). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at the Crawford/Ray Memorial Gardens (7343 Carolina Blvd, Clyde, NC 28721).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Beaverdam United Methodist Church at 80 Rice Cove Rd, Canton NC 28786 in Betty's memory.
