She is survived by: her children, Mark Anthony Purcell Jr. of Wilmington, NC, Alfred Thomas Purcell III (Evelyn) of Swannanoa, NC and Shannon Lynn Purcell of Candler, NC; and her siblings, Quinton Lacewell, Shelby Lacewell (Renee) of Flint, MI and Freda Hayes (Larry) of Asheville, NC. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
