He was predeceased by: his parents, Welker Brown and Thelma Brown. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Owenby Brown; his sons, Samuel and Darren Brown; and his sister Norma Lou Lowe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
