It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne Thompson McCaskill of Candor, North Carolina, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Risdon Webster and Ariel Cole Thompson; her husband Joel McCaskill; and her siblings, Ruth, Mary, Mozelle, Roger and Jerry.
She is survived by: her children, Doris Whitley (Jack), Nita McKinney (Lee) and Tim McCaskill (Julie); her grandchildren, Ben (Lauren), Amber, Karla (Drew), Clay, Max, Jessi (Paul) and Mary Beth; her great grandchildren, Charlie, Owen, Brighton, Ezra and Kenna; and her siblings, Joann, Claude and Hugh.
