He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Stutts and Evelyn Ritter Stutts; and his siblings, Roger Lee Stutts, Caroll Stutts and Margaret Stutts Kenyton.
He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce Stutts of Candor and Dot Stutts Brown (Roger) of Robbins, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Kennedy Funeral Home (241 N Middleton St, Robbins, NC 27325). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Union Grove Baptist Church (7912 Union Grove Church Rd, Seagrove, NC 27341).
