He is survived by: his brother Aaron Collins; his significant other Patricia "Mandy" Townsend; his children, Bon'Na Townsend, Omar Pemberton, Chandra Cagle of Greensboro, NC, Tony Wilson (Princess) of West End, NC and Corey Lindsay of Eagle Springs, NC; his grandchildren, Juwan and Zyon; his children, Nevaeh, Jordyen, Ashton of Paxston, OJ and Sade; his siblings, Charles Collins (Linda) of Hamlet, NC, Fabian Collins of Eagle Springs, NC, Michael Collins (Valerie) of Eagle Springs, NC, Carol Pratt (James) of Rockingham, NC and Vickie Collins of Rockingham, NC; and his close friend William. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
