He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Leslie and Hazel Coleen Thomas Perry. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Haywood Perry; his children, Carol Anne Perry Baker (Frank), Leslie Thomas Perry, II (Melisa) and Robin Perry Smith (Anthony); his grandchildren, Brandon Baker, McKinley Baker, Morgan Smith and Nicholas Smith; and his siblings, Wendell Earl Perry (Patricia), Kevin Sinclair Perry (Wanda) and Karen Perry Hight (Peter).

Face coverings will be required and please keep social distancing in mind.

Memorials may be made to Blackwood Chapel Baptist Church.
