He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Lynn Macomber Britt of Star; his children, Janet Alston of Biscoe and Dale Mason Britt of Biscoe; and his siblings, Linda Morgan of Star, Amanda Dunn of Star, Martha Britt "Rudy" of Candor, Rosa Allred of Robbins, Joe Britt of Biscoe and Johnny Britt of Star. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
