She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Blake and Dorthy Blake; her husband George McIntyre; her son Todd; and her brothers, Clemeth Blake, Jodie Blake and Roger Blake.
She is survived by: her siblings, Douglas Blake (Nancy) of Pekin, Dernona Puckett (Riley) of Rockingham, Onetia Blake Shoafe (M. H.) of Pekin and Wanda Hicks (Dan) of Clayton; and her aunt Lois Thompson of Mt. Gilead. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:15 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blackwood Chapel Baptist Church (5159 Pekin Rd, Candor, NC 27229). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at the Blackwood Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery (5159 Pekin Rd, Candor, NC 27229).
