It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Ellerbe Jackson (Candor, North Carolina), who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Linda Smith of Aberdeen, NC, Windell Smith of Taylortown, NC, Brenda Barrett (Donald) of Raeford, NC and Denise Smith of Baltimore, MD; and her sisters, Thelma Birkhead of Charlotte, NC and Inez Armstrong of Smyrna, GA.. She is also survived by Seven Grandchildren.
