He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Terrell (Bob) and Delma Martin Terrell; his wife Reva Freeman Terrell; his sister Wanda Basham; and his brother-in-law Tom Laster.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bree Terrell (Art), Miranda Ledford (Kevin) and Kimberley Patrizio (Gordon); his grandchildren, Savannah, Jeffrey, Jax and Avery Mae; his sisters, Belinda Terrell Wells, Dessie Laster and Yvonne Stillwell (Johnny); his son Kerry Putnam (Tammy); and his grandchildren, Kera and Grant. He is also survived by several brother and sister in-laws; a special nephew.
