He is survived by: his wife Irene; his daughters, Peggy Hughes, Staci Ensley (Joseph) and Rebecca Gillespie (Joey); his grandchildren, Reagan, Levi Ensley, Andrew and Elizabeth Gillespie; and his brother Ron Wolfe (Pong) of Surprise.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Groce Funeral Home - Patton Ave. (1401 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28806).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to MountainCare Adult Day Program.
