He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mark Ward and Mary Ola Kirkpatrick Ward. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sarah Clark Ward; his daughter Linda Watts (Stacy) of Candler; and his sisters, Mary Ann Hensley (Phil) of Hendersonville and Shirley Vigansky of Travelers Rest, SC.
