She is survived by: her children, Gary Carr (Debra) of Knoxville, TN, Diane Evans of Florence, SC, Kevin Carr of Matthews, NC, Donna Howard of Rockwell, NC and Craig Carr of Rockwell, NC; and her sister Dot Clontz of Salisbury, NC.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
