He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Manning and Jo Ann Manning. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Manning; his siblings, Tara Gibson, Tami Manning and Todd Manning; his children, Kindra Manning and Justin Manning; and his stepson Travis Gosselin. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at the Edgewood Baptist Church (61 Moody Ave, Candler, NC 28715).
