He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thomas Bell and Laura Blanche Chastain Bell; his wife Elma June Payne Bell; and his brothers, Donald Bell and Norman Bell.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Bettina Bell; his granddaughters, Melanie Claire Padgett and Victoria Alexis Padgett; and his sister Ruth Shaffer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
