She is survived by: her husband Darryl Chapman; her children, John Simpson, Jr., Jonathan Elliott and Tosha Long; and her siblings, Beverly Eury, Sheila Mahaffey, Nancy Brice, Tim Chambers and Joe Rimer. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
