He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Watkins and Ina Moore Watkins; and his siblings, Patricia Fisher, Janet Corkum, Bill, Mike and Charles Watkins.
He is survived by: his wife Louedith Wiggins Watkins; his children, Ronnie Watkins (Sandy), Steve Watkins, Sherri Preston (Phil), Todd Capps and Tim Capps (Katherine); and his siblings, Wanda Cole (Roger) and Danny Watkins (Tammy). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
