She was predeceased by: her husband Dewey Gant, Sr.; and her grandson Stephen Patrick Duffy, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Dewey William Gant, Jr. of Candler, NC, Angie Walters (Todd) of Monroe, NC, Teresa Duffy (Steve) of Huntersville, NC and Brenda Troxler (Christopher) of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McEwen Funeral Service (5716 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC 28212).
