He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Lamar and Ruth H. Harrell; and his wife Virginia Corry Harrell. He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Zipperer (Craig) of Evington, VA and Elizabeth O'Shea (Gary Harkins) of Asheville, NC; and his grandchildren, Benjamin of Evington and Kelly Zipperer of Evington.
