He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rev. Henry Rice and Leota Holland Rice; and his girlfriend Brenda. He is survived by: his children, Nathan Rice (Veronica), James Ray Rice, Rick Anderson (Teresa Lemon), Tim Anderson, Tony Anderson (Margaret) and Lisa Luther; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Rice (Elizabeth) and Tiffany Rice; and his great grandchild Jackson. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, extended family and friends.
