He is survived by: his children, Ally Danielle Locke and Dylan Locke (Felicia Locke); his siblings, Carrie Spicer (Kevin) and Bryan Locke; his sister-in-law Elisha Locke; and his nieces and nephews, Katie, LeAnne Spicer, Lexi, Kamryn Locke, Bryson and Knox Locke.
