He is survived by: his wife Imogene Keener Fowler; his children, Jeff Fowler of Leicester and Sharon Cooke (George) of Fairview; his grandchildren, Megan Bond (Chad) of Los Angeles, Emily Cooke-Rush (Chad) of Dallas, Jesse Fowler of Mexico City and Brigitte Fowler-Marshall (George) of Berea, Kentucky; and his great grandchildren, Seymour and Beatrice.
