He is survived by: his brother John David McCarson; his mother Carlene Walls of Candler; his stepfather Sonny of Candler; and his siblings, Tawanna McCarson (Ira Bergman) of Sevierville, TN and Jerry Garrett (Paula) of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
