With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucy Nell Woodbery Crowell (Candler, North Carolina), born in Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on August 13, 2018 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Alexander Crowell; and her siblings, Betty Jean Baity, John Wayne Woodbery and Alton Keith Woodbery. She is survived by: her brother Ronald Samuel Woodbery; and her children, Linda Crowell Ball (Tom) of New Castle, NH, Michael Alexander Crowell (Deborah) of Asheville, NC, Alan Wayne Crowell of Salvisa, KY and Elizabeth Anne Crowell Banks (Ivan) of Petroleum, WV. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
