She is survived by: her children, LeeAnn Van Eyk-Smith (Steven) of Candler, John Mark Van Eyk (Kellie) of Ft. Defiance, AR and AnnJanette Van Eyk Moreno (David) of Evans, GA; her grandchildren, Anna-Kierstin Smith, Brooke Van Eyk, Josie Van Eyk, Brycen Van Eyk, Chayce Moreno and Noah Moreno; and her sister Linda Grow (George) of Candler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
