She was predeceased by: her parents, George Arthur Worley and Sarah Elizabeth Purvis Worley; her spouse Glen James Smith; her daughter Leigh "Mater" Fowler; and her sisters, Gwen Worley Anders and Dotsy Worley Gray.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Yvonne Grady of Asheville and Suzanne Kay Huskey (Bill) of Candler; her grandsons, Matthew Huskey (Tallie) of Asheville and William B. B. Huskey of Asheville; and her great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Shelby, Kaylie, Madelyn and Alivia.
