He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph W. Suggs. He is survived by: his parent Carolyn Williams of Maxton; his wife Susan Chapman Suggs; his children, Joseph Suggs (Kimberly) of Wasilla, Savannah Johnson (Joshua) of Winston-Salem and Nicole Suggs of Durham; his siblings, Kelisa Folk of Newport, Veronica Williams of Maxton, Alex Williams of Maxton and James Williams of Laurinburg; and his grandchildren, Josalyn Johnson, Kayla Johnson, Joshua Johnson, Olivia Suggs, Huck Suggs and Liam Suggs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
