He was predeceased by: his parents, James Aaron and Lucille Arrington Clark. He is survived by: his wife Ann Siler Clark; his daughters, Laura Ann Lantz (Michael), Melissa Lynn Chappell (Kelvin) and Kristi Nicole Blankenship (Kevin); his grandchildren, Jessica, Alyssa, Aaron, Tim, Tamara, Kendall, Patrick and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Aidon and Colton; his sister Judith Clark Kelley; his nieces and nephews, Janice and Jamie; his mother-in-law Mary Hancock; and his pets, Cooper and Kobe.
Attendance is limited to 50 individuals and face masks/coverings are required.
