With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Reeves Stewart of Candler, North Carolina, who passed away on February 17, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Atley Larkin and Laura Louella West Reeves; her husband Charles Glenn Stewart; and her children, Charles Jack Stewart and Glenna Stewart Pope.

She is survived by: her daughter Loretta Stewart Higdon (Charlie); and her brother David Reeves (Delores). She is also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the New Morgan Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 18 Qualla Dr., Candler, NC 28715.
