He is survived by: his children, Jessica Freeman (Layne) of Arden, Jillian Carroll (Tate) of Huntersville and Justin Bagwell (Ashley) of Fletcher; his grandsons, Kamm, Krew Freeman of Arden, Wesley Carroll of Huntersville and Blaze Bagwell of Arden; the mother of his children Cheryl Dillingham Sumner of Covington, GA; his sisters, Rene Simpson (Gary) of Arden and Michelle Sprinkle of Candler; his nephew Bryan Simpson of Arden; his aunt LaDonna S Bowers of Seattle, WA; and his uncle Michael Sumner (Audrie) of Asheville.
