He is survived by: his sons, Steven W. Howell (Regina) of Bryson City and Timothy W. Howell (Wanda) of Greeneville, TN; his grandsons, Steven J. Howell (Jenn) of Wilmington, NC, Justin Howell (Amber) of Greeneville, TN and Grady Howell (Kayla) of Greeneville, TN; and his sisters, Barbara Letterman of Candler and Betty Elliott of Candler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
