She was predeceased by: her parents, Engle Wood and Mary Ella Painter Wood; her husband James; and her daughter Sandy Ramsey. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jenny Paitsel (David) and Paul Roberts (Leah); her great grandchildren, Brody Paitsel and Luke Roberts; and her siblings, Arquilla Lance and Joe Wood.
