She is survived by: her fiancé Jeremy Bradley; her sisters, Jamie Salgado (Jose) of Brooksville, Luci "Missy" Sanborn (Philip) of Brooksville and Carolyn Lamb Burgess (Tony) of Richmond, Indiana; her children, Steven Heitfield (Karen) of Old Town, Tracy Heitfield Mitchell of Asheville, Charles Heitfield (Laura) of Old Town, Gabriel Heitfield (Amanda) of Miami and Sondra Torres Lawson (Tal) of Inman; her grandchildren, David, Rebecca, Leticia, Reynaldo, Wyatt, Dalton, Carolina, Keira, Vincent, Charleigh, Chevy, Lane, Keirsten, Summer, Sierra, Jessie, Justice, Maria, Colin, Maya, Ciara, Glorianna, Trey, Autumn, Dylan, Aiden, Julian, Jamien and Lilith; and her great grandchildren, Braylee, Bentley, Zorybiyan, Alaigha, Zendaya and Olivia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:45 PM at the Hominy Baptist Church (135 Candler School Rd, Candler, NC 28715). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
