She is survived by: her parent Cecil Pennell; her children, Neil Tedder (Susan) of Candler and Keith Tedder of Candler; her sister Angelle Foust of Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Whitney Tedder of Asheville and Cody Tedder of Atlantic Beach.
