With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin Edward Redmon Sr. (Candler, North Carolina), who passed away on May 6, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Edward Redmon and Gladys Carland Redmond; his son Franklin Redmon, Jr.; and his siblings, Deborah Miller and Richard Redmon.
He is survived by: his son Darrell Redmon; his former wife Sue Redmon; and his sisters, Barbara Redmon and Mary Wright. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, there may be no more than 50 people gathered for his service at the funeral home and no more than 50 people gathered for the graveside.
