She was predeceased by: her spouse Milburn H. Parham; her parents, Dallas G. Gaddy and Emma H. Gaddy; and her siblings, Dewey Gaddy, Mitchell Gaddy, Essie Rich, Edna Reid and Wilma O'Bryhim.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Parham (Linda) of Denver, NC, Michael Parham (Susan) of Candler and Alan Parham (Dottie) of Mills River; and her brother Everett Gaddy of Johnson City, TN.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
