She is survived by: her husband James Frank Birchfield; her children, Amy White Forga and Lee White (Shelley White); her grandchildren, Ellis, Grace and Zeb Forga; her siblings, Mike Surgenor (Frankie), Mary Alice Kinsler (Larry) and Argelene Barnette (Keith); her stepchildren, Danny Birchfield and Donna Batson; her stepgrandchildren, Travis Davis, Amber Shade and Caleb Gooden; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Greyson, Hannah Davis, Damian Gooden, Addison and Malek Shade.
