He was predeceased by: his parent Ebb; his wife Ruby Lee Cooper Williams; his daughter Angela Lee Williams; and his brother Gary Edgar Williams. He is survived by: his daughters, Yvonne Kaplan (Bruce) and Donna Williams; his grandchildren, Richard Wilkey, Kimberly Owens and Sarah Alexander (Ron); his great grandchildren, Wyatt Owens (Caroline), Matteo Perez, Marco Perez and Levi Alexander; his great great grandchild Hudson Owens; and his sister Shirley Herren (D. N.).
