It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Israel Miller of Candler, North Carolina, who passed away on May 23, 2023, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Lee and Sydna Reagan Israel; her husband Lloyd Willis "Bud" Miller; her grandson Christopher Eric Miller; and her siblings, Jesse Israel, Jr., Louise Lozier and Lanelle Stamey.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Horn (David) and Lloyd Willis Miller, Jr. (Gladys); her grandchildren, Jason Horn (Nikki), Matthew Horn and Lisa Miller; and her great grandchild Moore.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Piney Mountain United Methodist Church, 14 Piney Mountain Church Road, Candler, NC 28715.
