He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Powell and Kathleen Powell; his sister Joann Ratliff; and his granddaughter Adasson Ray. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Powell; his daughters, Teresa Kagley (Rick), Jennifer Nave (Jason) and Alicia Ray (Jeff); his grandchildren, Janaica, Brittany (Justin), Dylan, Jesse, Paige, Chelsea and Zoe; and his great grandchildren, Lucy, Elizabeth, Jude, Mason, Liam and Rylynn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you help a child in need or make a donation to Martha's Kids through Hominy Baptist Church.
