She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville William and Carleen Cody Rathbone; and her husband John Scott Meadows, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, John Scott Meadows, Jr. (Dana) of Arden, Orville William "Bill" Meadows of Candler and Gary Dean Meadows (Leslie) of Candler; her sister Regina Meadows of Candler; her grandchildren, Jessica, Harrison, Aaron, Audrey and Haylan; and her great grandchildren, Cory, Aurea, Jack, Wyatt, Adilene and Louise.
