With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kirk L. Thomer Sr. of Cameron, North Carolina, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on April 20, 2022 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L. Thomer, Jr. and Dorothy M Bitler (Cowley). He is survived by: his children, Sarah M. Gruben (Daniel), Brigitte A. Thomer and Kirk L Thomer II (Amanda); his grandchildren, Andrew, Breanna, Tyler, Jacob, Kaydence, Kylie, Jonathan, Addison, James and Daniel; and his siblings, Donna Mendelero Julie Phunder (Ed), Nicole Falcon, Linda Mitcham (Timothy), Gloria Eller (Michael), Catherine Balsteri (Gregory) and Charles Bitler Jr. (Susan).
His battle with early onset Alzheimer disease was quickly debilitating.
