She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bryant Ross and Sarah Burns Masterson Ross; her husband Thomas Michael O'Quinn Sr.; her grandparents, Zora Lee Wicker Ross and Ralph Leroy Ross; and her stepson Thomas Michael O'Quinn II.
She is survived by: her daughter Ashley German; her stepson Wayne O'Quinn (Lisa); her daughter-in-law Tammy O'Quinn; her brother John Ross (Toni Lynn); her goddaughters, Vickie Walker, Sheila Chamblee, Jenna Schroeder and Laura Frye; and her sister Phyllis Watson. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews; and special friend.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the First Apostolic Church (315 E Weatherspoon St, Sanford, NC 27330). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
