He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Talbert and Fannie Marie Boyles Talbert. He is survived by: his children, Betty Teal (Daryl), Tony Talbert (Pam), Nancy Talbert and Larry Talbert; and his grandchildren, Gracin, Axel, Lynnleigh, Noah and Ayden.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Boles Funeral Home Chapel (425 W Pennsylvania Ave, Southern Pines, NC 28387). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jackie's memory may be made to the FirstHealth Hospice, 150 Applecross Rd., Pinehurst, NC 28374.
