Doris Evon McKinney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Evon McKinney of Cameron, North Carolina, born in Ludowici, Georgia, who passed away on March 15, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Holland and Rosa Higgins Holland; her son Lannie Lee McKinney, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Ronald Moody, Stacy Holland and Rosa Speagle.
She is survived by: her husband John David McKinney; and her children, Eddie Holland, Sue Gibson (Mac), Mary Stubbs (Dan), Betty Speagle (James), Linda Brown (Gary), David McKinney (Ashley) and John Hamilton (Kristy). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
