She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Ream and Ellen Epler Ream; her sister Carol Pullano; and her significant other William "Bill" D'Onofrio. She is survived by: her children, Rick W. Lombardo and Jackie Orcutt (Steven); her grandchildren, Ricky Lombardo, III and Shelby Lombardo; and her brother James Ream.
