It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dan Patrick Maghan of Cameron, North Carolina, born in San Luis Obispo, California, who passed away on July 21, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Everett Maghan and Jean Edith Dill Maghan. He is survived by: his wife Leona Abshire Maghan; his daughters, Zoe and Samantha of California; his siblings, Mike Maghan (Jan) of Oregon and Sandy Maghan of Oregon; his brother-in-law Hal Abshire (Lynn) of Cameron; and his niece Stephanie Spell (Adam) of Sanford. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a special four legged child.
