He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gladys Poole, William Henry Cooper and Mary Walker Cooper. He is survived by: his parents, William, Sr. Evans and Kay Evans; his siblings, Kwavis Cooper of Elizabeth City, Jakori Evans, LaToya Evans Parker (Alvin) of Richmond, Whitney Evans of Raleigh, NC, KaTayla Evans and LaKesha Evans of Camden, NC; his nieces, Nylah Brown, Na'Leya Brown, Desiray Cooper and Avri; his nephew Hayes Cooper; and his grandfather Noah Poole. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
