He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Allen Saunders and Edna Goodman Saunders. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Brickhouse Saunders; his daughter Suzette Dubel; and his siblings, Jeannette Fortunato of Elizabeth City, NC, Marie Kondrach (Gil) and Allen Saunders of Elizabeth City, NC.
